ART FORMS IN NATURE (PHOTOGRAPHY)

Karl Blossfeldt (1865–1932) is recognised for his unique and striking photographic portraits of plants. These reveal intricate natural forms that, when magnified, resemble architectural structures and echo distinctly modern aesthetic sensibilities. This show will present a selection of Blossfeldt’s work, which supports the photographer’s argument that all forms created by humans have precursors in nature.
