Ziro Music Festival

ZIRO, ARUNACHAL PRADESH

This superbly planned four-day music festival in the district headquarters of Ziro, Arunachal Pradesh, was set in a stunning natural landscape. It featured lively and sometimes brilliant musical acts from all over India and South Asia. Memorable gigs included those by Side Effects from Myanmar, RUN! It’s the Kid from Delhi, The F16’s of Chennai, Neel and the Lightbulbs from Kolkata, and my favourite, Nicholson from Mumbai.
