Please send your pitch to the relevant section editor (below) in an email, and send any documents as attachments. For photo essays, please attach low-res files to the pitch email.

Submission Guidelines for Showcase

To have your event considered for listing in the Showcase,information must be received at

By the end of the first week of the month for events taking place in the following.

Include all the things you want people to know about your event.
Events must take place at a venue that is open to the public.
Clubs that require a membership are fine, as long as those memberships are available to anyone.
Include all relevant information about the venue.
Update your listing if the event changes—especially if it is cancelled.
Add a picture, and make sure you have the appropriate rights to any graphics or pictures included.
