UEA International Creative Writing Course in India

The University of East Anglia (UEA) invites applications for its creative writing workshop to be held in Kolkata this year. Modelled on UEA's Creative Writing MA, which began in 1970, the eight-day course will be for students who wish to develop their skills as writers of fiction through a series of intensive workshops, tutorials, lectures, public talks and other events. Following on the success of its previous workshops in India, UEA is organizing a third workshop to be held in April 2014.  The course will be led by award-winning author and UEA Professor of Contemporary Literature, Amit Chaudhuri,  and Kirsty Gunn, prize-winning novelist and Professor of Writing Practice and Study at the University of Dundee. The deadline for applications is 20 February 2014.
